Flexible feeding methods
LAG provides a variety of feeding methods for raw materials to meet the demand of different production lines.
Feeding of tower-type material library
Provide the production with raw materials through single tower or double tower even more tower-type material library combinations and use space reasonably. You can get more manufacturing space.
Different specifications of smart material libraries can be selected in accordance with the metal plate thickness and size.
Feeding method of double row material library
Provide the logistics center for manufacturing with higher capacity, and withdraw materials from the material library directly in order to bring huge promotion of output.
Coil feeding method
LAG coiled material stamping automation system is utilized for feeding, and the CNC system controls the steel strip's feeding in the X-axis direction by controlling the movement of plunger chip installed on sliding car of stamping unit in the Y-axis direction. Such kind of composite punch (namely the coiled material punching production line) can guarantee the maximum production efficiency. In the meantime, such system owns the straightening function and can be compatible with multiple sub-modules.

Three-axis stacking manipulator
Three-axis stacking manipulator takes materials from raw material library
Coordinate the vacuum chuck gripper system
Walking-type manipulator
Take materials through walking-type manipulator, conform to the production takt and connect the production link.
Coordinate the manipulator gripper. The gripper can be automatically replaced through the software system.
Processing of blanking and waste materials
Direct blanking
Achieve the direct blanking by driving the driving belt by the motor. Then the materials are taken away by the forklift or trolley.
Automatic stacking of manipulator
Manipulator automatically places the processed work piece at the designated position as per the preset program.
The sorting and stacking of small work piece are conducted to screen the small work pieces at the designated station by virtue of the visual identification system of manipulator.
Sorting of waste materials
The small-size waste materials can fall into the lower trolley by virtue of the turning plate-type mechanism on conveyor belt as per the size and volume of waste materials, then are taken away manually or by machine.
The large-size waste materials and frame-type waste materials are conveyed to the terminal pallet of production line and are taken away.
The laser cutting process can be preset in the processing process. The laser cuts the waste materials into small size which fall into the turning plate and are taken out of the production line.

Configuration of smart material library
The material library system makes the manufacturing more orderly. The machine tools can connect with warehousing system through the transport vehicle. The transport vehicle can provide the raw materials for the machine tools or put the completed work pieces in the warehouse.
